Principais atividades:
- Auxiliar na abertura de notas e ordens de serviço;
- Auxiliar na cobrança de serviços executados em clientes;
- Auxiliar na criação e acompanhamento de requisições de compras do setor;
- Acompanhar o envio de equipamentos para conserto;
- Auxiliar no recebimento de notas fiscais e materiais da área;
- Auxiliar no controle de integração dos funcionários nos clientes;
- Auxiliar na organização de arquivos;
- Auxiliar no controle de EPIs dos funcionários;
- Auxiliar na atualização de planos de manutenção e estrutura de materiais no SAP;
- Apoiar no controle de materiais no estoque.
Requisitos:
Cursando Administração de Empresas com previsão de conclusão a partir de 12/2028.
