Principais atividades:
Auxiliar no registro da aprovação do cliente no sistema e criação de ordens de venda;
Apoiar na análise e documentação de atividades operacionais e pedidos;
Auxiliar na garantia do tratamento de todos os pedidos e entregas do cliente dentro do prazo e da qualidade esperados;
Apoiar nos processos logísticos e direcionar a operação em conformidade com a necessidade do cliente e da matriz orientando os processos de importação e exportação de peças;
Apoiar na execução das atividades de análise financeira relacionadas aos contratos, além de providenciar a emissão das cobranças em conjunto ao departamento financeiro;
Auxiliar no controle de KPIs e sugerir melhorias no setor.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia Mecatrônica;
Desejável conhecimento nas ferramentas do Google Workspace;
Inglês intermediário.
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;

Job Description: Support and Services Internship - MRO
Location: Itajubá, MG
Format: In-person
Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Main activities:
Assist in recording customer approvals in the system and creating sales orders;
Support the analysis and documentation of operational activities and orders;
Assist in ensuring that all customer orders and deliveries are processed on time and to the expected quality standards;
Support logistics processes and direct operations in accordance with customer and headquarters requirements, guiding the import and export of parts;
Support the execution of financial analysis activities related to contracts, as well as coordinate the issuance of invoices in conjunction with the finance department;
Assist in monitoring KPIs and suggest improvements within the department.
Required qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering;
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is desirable;
Intermediate English.
Must be available to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 2 years;
