Qualificações:
- Cursando preferencialmente entre o 1º e 2º ano de Administração de Empresas ou Gestão de RH;
- Desejável Inglês intermediário;
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
Descrição das atividades
- Apoiar as atividades relacionadas aos processos de recrutamento e seleção;
- Apoiar nas atividades relacionadas a iniciativas de qualidade de vida dos colaboradores;
- Apoiar na programação e cálculo de férias;
- Apoiar nas solicitações mensais de benefícios;
- Apoiar no fechamento do ponto;
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de ações voltadas para o treinamento e desenvolvimento de colaboradores;
- Atualizar dados cadastrais dos colaboradores no sistema informatizado;
- Apoio em projetos realizados pela área;
- Atualizar fichas de registro e lançar treinamentos de colaboradores no sistema informatizado, conforme necessidade;
- Auxiliar em atividades gerais da área, mediante demandas, com acompanhamento;
- Realizar atendimento aos funcionários e telefônicos;
- Realizar lançamento de notas fiscais conforme metodologia vigente;
- Realizar 5s da área e arquivo morto;
- Realizar o arquivamento de documentos dos colaboradores e temporários ativos e inativos em pastas/prontuários de forma organizada, garantindo que permançam legíveis, prontamente identificáveis e recuperáveis.
