Sumário
Auxiliar e acompanhar as atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva no menor tempo possível visando o menor impacto na produção, auxiliando a análise da real necessidade de troca de peças visando o menor impacto nos custos de manutenção.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Auxiliar no primeiro atendimento da manutenção corretiva e analisar o pro lema em conjunto com o técnico ou líder;
- Participar da manutenção preventiva, sob a orientação do técnico senior ou líder de manutenção;
- Realizar instalação e limpeza de todos os tipos de ferramentas de corte;
- Auxiliar na análise e propor melhorias em equipamentos, em processos ou na rotina de Trabalho;
- Auxiliar os operadores durante o setup dos equipamentos;
- Inserir os dados das Solicitações de Serviços no software de manutenção (SIEM);
- Zelar pela conservação, organização e limpeza das ferramentas, carrinhos de ferramentas, aparelhos, equipamentos, armários de peças e ambiente de Trabalho.
Qualificações
- Ensino Médio completo e cursando Técnico na área de eletromecânica, mecatrônica, eletrotécnica ou Automação Industrial.
