The opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be responsible for driving sales of our Asset Management and Asset Performance software solutions, primarily to utility customers across Indonesia.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for Enterprise Software (Asset Management, Asset Performance Management) in the utility sector.
You will effectively work independently by engaging leads to identify their needs and collaborating with Pre-sales to craft tailored engagement strategies.
You will deliver solution overview presentations to articulate the value of Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
You will collaborate with technical pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
You will maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
You will travel as needed within Indonesia to meet customers and partners and work from the Jakarta office (on-site presence required).
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of enterprise software sales experience targeting the utility sector particularly transmission and distribution in Indonesia (mandatory).
Additional experience in selling to industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining) is a plus. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions in Asset Management or Asset Performance domains.
Proficient in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as BANT is advantageous.
Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia for client meetings and events.
Proficiency in English communication.
