Job Description
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
You'll provide input and feedback on general strategy and business planning, aligning with global esports initiatives.
PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
You’ll develop the global performance program for Red Bull Players in individual disciplines, aiming for top competitive outcome.
PLAYERS & TEAMS MANAGEMENT
You'll oversee HQ partnerships, ensuring strong collaborations and impactful results.
GLOBAL ALIGNMENT
You'll work closely with Red Bull country offices to evaluate and approve Esports Players and Teams proposals worldwide.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
You'll lead contract discussions and ensure fair, competitive terms for all esports players and teams under Red Bull's banner.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You'll manage projects and content creation featuring Red Bull Players and Teams, collaborating with the Red Bull Media Network to amplify their visibility and success.
BUDGET OVERSIGHT
You'll manage budgets effectively to optimize the marketing impact of Red Bull’s esports investments.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Science or related
Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
7+ years’ experience in Gaming, Esports, Sports, Entertainment, Technology or related
Self-motivated
Team player
Positive attitude
Good speaker and presenter
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.717 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
