As a B2B SPECIFIER you will position and ensure the specification of the PPG Comex portfolio with the main architecture firms, engineering firms and new, current and potential high-level B2B clients with greater national relevance!
This Job is located in GUATEMALA
Key Responsibilities
- You will mitigate the risk of failure for the company through the issuance of specification documents, technical reports, field visits and customer training in the most relevant projects of any segment nationwide.
- Comply with the assigned budget of potential, prospecting and services on an annual basis, landing it on the different lines of the current portfolio in projects with a value greater than 5MDP.
- Amplify the added value of the service offer that we have before the different influencers of the construction industry, EPC, engineering firms, B2B clients, etc.
- Represent PPG Comex in the different market segments with a knowledge of the complete portfolio of PPG Comex products
- You will implement the engineering strategy for the loyalty of new, current and potential customers in the specification of Comex products and systems, promoting the commercial and industrial B2B strategy, to attract high-volume projects that can boost sales through the PPG Comex Product and Systems Specification.
- Identify the barriers that have an impact on customer service and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years confirmed experience in role's activities mention above.
- Advanced level of English to communicate fluently.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions), Power Bi and Salesforce.
- NACE Level 2 Certification
