HR Delivery is responsible for the administration and efficiency of HR transactions, processes, audits, and data, as well as the management of internal programs and projects. Manages HR systems and administers HR data transactions, processes, audits, and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records related to benefits, compensation, leaves, and administers HR transactions such as hiring, terminations, contracts, salary changes, among others.
Uses knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and control frameworks to initiate and/or complete routine employee data transactions and to monitor, audit, and ensure data integrity.
Responsible for general transactions in corporate and local systems – hires, terminations, salary changes, transfers, audits, and employee data maintenance.
Identifies root causes, evaluates impacts, and develops solutions for data and process failures in personnel administration and payroll.
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for new and/or modified personnel and payroll administration programs that affect employee data quality.
Interacts with employees to ensure proper execution of personnel and payroll administration
Enter incidents, employee hires, and changes in the TRESS/Revolution and Workday system
Process new hires, supervisor changes, and record leaves of absence in Workday
Update salary changes according to salary structure, increases, and/or promotions in TRESS/Revolution and Workday
Close pre-payroll
Record transportation delays
Prepare letters, ID cards, and update employee information
Maintain stock of forms related to changes and registrations in TRESS
Manage the “Puntomanía” program, including point allocation and redemption
Update personnel files for direct and indirect employees
Support with purchase requisitions for department services and needs
Issue employee badges
Create/update job positions in TRESS/Revolution
Add supervisor roles in TRESS/Revolution
Open myHR tickets for mass updates and creation of supervisory organizations
Participate in events
Comply with safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental contingencies within the company
Follow the Safety, Health, and Environmental control measures established in the Company’s Internal Regulations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources focused on service and data processing.
Intermediate to advanced level in English and Spanish
Knowledge of systems such as Workday, TRESS/Revolution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
