Job Description:
Misión:
Como Especialista Seguridad Operativa será responsable de administrar y salvaguardar la infraestructura de red y servidores a través del monitoreo continuo, la actualización constante de sistemas de seguridad y la alineación de políticas internas con las directrices del grupo para minimizar riesgos operativos y fortalecer la cultura de ciberseguridad.
Responsabilidades:
Gestionar actualizados los parches de seguridad en equipo de cómputo y servidores.
Monitoreo constante de la infraestructura de red y servidores, para la detección y respuesta de incidentes de manera oportuna o previa.
Comunicación con el equipo central y regional para la estandarización de medidas de seguridad de la información
Actualización de herramientas de seguridad en equipo de comunicaciones (Firewall, switches, routers)
Mantener actualizados los Disaster Recovery Plan y establecer pruebas 1 vez al año.
Realizar auditorías de seguridad de manera preventiva y correctivas en las diferentes entidades del grupo.
Evaluación proveedores en temas de seguridad.
Comunicación interna sobre medidas de seguridad y buenas prácticas.
Establecer los controles de seguridad alineados a los requerimientos del grupo
Requerimientos:
Ing. Sistemas, Informática, Redes y Telecomunicaciones o afín (Titulado).
5 a 8 años gestionando infraestructura crítica y políticas de ciberseguridad corporativa.
5 a 8 años en conocimientos ITIL Foundations.
Certificaciones deseables: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) y Ethical Hacking.
Habilidades y conocimientos en comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y herramientas Cisco, Check Point y Palo Alto.

Mission:

Requeriments:
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, or related field (Degree required).
5 to 8 years of experience managing critical infrastructure and corporate cybersecurity policies.
5 to 8 years of experience with ITIL Foundations knowledge.
Desirable Certifications: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and Ethical Hacking.
Skills and knowledge in effective communication, teamwork, and Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto tools.
