• Visit leads and install alarms accompanied by more experienced Sales Reps
• Attend training activities defined in his/her development plan
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision, takes a broad perspective to problems identifying key issues and solutions, has full proficiency gained through job-related training and acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
