Responsabilidades:
- Elaborar e revisar redações de acordos e convenções coletivas;
- Participar das mesas de negociação coletiva, oferecendo suporte técnico e jurídico;
- Realizar benchmarking com outras empresas, analisar dados de mercado e realizar estudos comparativos para identificar oportunidades em negociações coletivas;
- Inserir os acordos coletivos no sistema MEDIADOR do MTE, acompanhando a respectiva vigência;
- Manter interface com clientes internos (RH das plantas, Folha de Pagamento, Jurídico, Tributário) e externos (Sindicatos);
- Elaborar orientação interna para as áreas competentes, garantindo a correta aplicação dos instrumentos coletivos;
- Monitorar mudanças na legislação trabalhista, antecipando riscos organizacionais, propondo ações preventivas e ajustes nos acordos coletivos, quando apropriado;
- Manter organizados e atualizados todos os registros das negociações e acordos coletivos, assegurando conformidade para eventuais fiscalizações e auditorias;
- Preparar e facilitar treinamentos internos em temas de Relações Trabalhistas;
- Representar a GM em comitês de Relações Trabalhistas.
Requisitos Mandatórios:
- Formação superior em Direito;
- Experiência sólida em Relações Trabalhistas, com atuação em negociações coletivas e interação com sindicatos, preferencialmente em empresas de grande porte;
- Domínio da legislação trabalhista brasileira, com habilidade para interpretar, aplicar e orientar áreas internas quanto às normas vigentes;
- Experiência em redação jurídica, incluindo elaboração e revisão de instrumentos coletivos, acordos e comunicados corporativos;
- Forte capacidade analítica, com habilidade para interpretar dados e indicadores trabalhistas para apoiar a tomada de decisão com base em informações e benchmarking de mercado;
- Excelente relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade de negociação, atuando com postura diplomática e foco em soluções sustentáveis;
- Comunicação clara, objetiva e assertiva, adequada a diferentes níveis da organização;
- Inglês intermediário a avançado;
- Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).
Diferenciais desejáveis:
- Pós-graduação em Relações Trabalhistas, Direito do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas;
- Vivência em ambiente sindical complexo, com múltiplos acordos e negociações regionais;
- Experiência prévia em empresas do setor automotivo, industrial ou multinacional.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
