Summary
The Manager, Change Acceleration will be responsible for creating and leading Change Acceleration plans and programs that will be instrumental in preparing leaders and employees across the organization to embrace and adopt changes resulting from major initiatives. The Manager, Change Acceleration will work to drive faster adoption, and increase overall organizational agility.
Responsibilities
1. Serve as a strategic partner to Sr. Leaders and Project Leads by providing end to end thought partnership for critical initiatives.
2. Provide dedicated change management partnership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, projects and/or organizational design efforts, as well as coaching and/or mentoring to HR/Leadership/cross-functional project teams in the development and application of the change management strategy to their initiatives.
3. Build and implement structured change management strategies and plans, custom to each initiative, while adhering to our foundational ADKAR/Prosci methodology.
4. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder impact assessments to inform the broader change management plan and identify points of resistance and develop corresponding mitigation plans.
5. Create actionable deliverables for the key change management levers such as: communication & engagement plans, leadership readiness, employee readiness, training plan, resistance management plan, reinforcement plan.
6. Draft targeted, audience-specific communications to drive awareness and boost engagement and readiness for change initiatives.
7. Engage and prepare senior leaders to lead through change and build change management roadmaps and workplans and ensure project teams are coordinated in relation to change activities.
8 . Be an active and visible early adopter of change as the business continues to evolve.
9. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
10. Develop processes, tools, and methodologies that effectively support the change strategy for all organization, people, process, and technology related changes.
11. Deliver change management processes and tools that are simple to understand and can be widely applied across the organization.
12. Lead customized change management workshops to educate and enable project teams, leaders, and other key individuals so they can successfully implement change efforts that move the business forward.
