Job Summary
Execute and support the activities assigned by the SSV for the development of the projects that will be located in the A1,A2 and Civac within Paint & Plastic shop plant related with current facilities for current models and new products.
Main responsibility is to achieve the quality, cost and time objectives established for the process and the final product (KPI), through the correct activity deployment with all related area of the plant [Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Handling Material], using methods and analysis based on materials and models development.
To lead and deploy projects related at Cost/Benefit to improve the plant performance of quality to achieve target of defects per units stablished by each shop and required by global standard related with materials and process of paint shop. Assure the competitiveness of MFG function through the proper volume required by Production Markets demand to NMEX MFG Plants (Paint & Plastic plant in all allocations).
Job Responsibilities
- Active leadership profile for new materials, equipment, tools & process preparation coordination at Plant team.
- Perform strong communication between related new equipment & materials departments Internal & External.
- Develop and implement support as road block remover for negotiations between all Nissan departments.
- Process establishment in paint & plastic shop to guarantee the quality to all NMEX products applying using QAR standard.
- Follow up complex Engineering concern related at new and carry over models until its implementation at production line ensuring no negative impact in the QCT performance.
