Summary
The ESH Prequalification and Administration Specialist provides administrative support to the BGW ESH organization, with primary responsibility for coordinating trade partner safety prequalification activities, supporting Corrective Action Plan (CAP) documentation, maintaining accurate data in software systems such as CMiC, and assisting with safety training records, reporting, and other administrative needs. This position helps ensure prequalification, training, and department tracking processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate safety prequalification activities for trade partners, including reviewing submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy and entering review results into the appropriate software systems, including CMiC.
- Track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) through DocuSign and update applicable software systems once documentation is complete.
- Enter and maintain safety training records, support training-related reports, and assist with tracking key training metrics.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, trackers, and communications, including new hire introduction emails, new hire orientation tracking, and other department notifications or records as needed.
- Support general administrative needs for the ESH organization, including data entry, document tracking, follow-up communications, and other duties as assigned.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing threat of harm to self or others.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
Post high school administrative assistant training preferred.
