Responsibilities:
- Conduct field audits (predominantly outdoor activity) for contractor companies operating on our plant premises;
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and internal rules, acting as a strong promoter of a safe working environment;
- Maintain a firm and consistent approach when identifying non-conformities, demonstrating perseverance and the ability to uphold decisions when necessary;
- Apply internal procedures and regulations accurately, with high attention to detail and consistency;
- Communicate observations from the field clearly and professionally, and follow up to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions;
- Centralize documents collected.
