We are seeking a passionate and proactive ESG Coordinator to collaborate in devising and implementing the ESG strategy and initiatives that position HBX Group as a key contributor to sustainable travel. This role will support programs and projects that drive environmental and social impact across the organization, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals and corporate values.
Responsibilities:- Organize volunteering activities and manage relationships with NGOs in our main offices.
- Promote and manage the Corporate Volunteering Platform to encourage employee engagement.
- Support Carbon Neutral Programs, including reducing, measuring, and reporting carbon footprint.
- Assist in maintaining the Sustainable Hotel Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support in preparing the ESG Report and coordinating the audit process.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with high-quality written and verbal communication abilities.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and grow in the field of sustainability.
- Proactivity: Self-driven, curious, and eager to take initiative.
- Passion for ESG: Appreciation of environmental and social topics and commitment to making a positive impact.
