主な業務内容
ESGデューデリジェンス（ESG DD）や環境デューデリジェンス（Environmental DD）プロジェクトの実施支援
ESG、サステナビリティ、気候変動、自然資本、人権、サプライチェーン管理等に関する調査・分析
国内外の法規制や国際基準に関するリサーチ業務
クライアント向け報告書、提案書、プレゼンテーション資料の作成
国内外のERMメンバーと連携したプロジェクト運営サポート
クライアントミーティングへの参加および議事録作成
ESGリスク評価やサプライチェーン調査のサポート
応募要件
学士号以上
コンサルティングファーム、シンクタンク、事業会社、監査法人、調査機関等での実務経験2～3年以上
ESG、環境、サステナビリティ、EHS、リスク管理のいずれかに関心をお持ちの方
レポート作成・分析業務の経験
日本語：ネイティブレベル
英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書きを中心に業務で使用可能なレベル）

- Support the delivery of ESG Due Diligence (ESG DD) and Environmental Due Diligence (Environmental DD) projects
- Conduct research and analysis related to ESG, sustainability, climate change, natural capital, human rights, and supply chain management
- Perform research on domestic and international regulations, standards, and frameworks
- Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentation materials
- Support project delivery in collaboration with ERM teams across Japan and globally
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with ESG risk assessments and supply chain reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, think tank, corporation, audit firm, research organization, or similar environment
- Strong interest in ESG, environment, sustainability, EHS, or risk management
- Experience in research, analysis, and report writing
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency, particularly in reading and writing for professional purposes
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental-related work
- Experience conducting research, analysis, and report preparation
- Experience supporting or participating in project-based work
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Academic background in environmental studies, chemistry, engineering, sustainability, international relations, business administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications related to ESG or sustainability
- A strong desire to develop expertise in ESG and sustainability
- Motivation to help clients create business value through ESG and sustainability perspectives
- A proactive learner with a growth mindset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an interest in research and problem-solving
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively in project environments
- An interest in building a career within a global and diverse organization
Skills Required
