The ESG & Due-diligence upstream strategy project manager is the guarantor we meet this objective.
Mission :
- Supply Chain ESG methodology & process owner :
- Elaborate ESG & due diligence strategy in compliance with EUBR and stakeholders objectives, in collaboration with compliance and procurement teams
- Elaborate ESG risk analysis methodology and define target residual risk level
- Includes expertise on relevant standards, certification schemes, assessments schemes for battery supply chain.
- Support procurement team for implementation: ensure knowledge transfer, sparing partner to assure high quality analysis and action.
- Manage relationship with clients and stakeholders on the subject: communication strategy, reporting.
Prerequisites :
- Strategic thinking: you understand the contexts, anticipate consequences of actions, and incorporate in your work
- Strong Analytical skills: you are at ease in building analysis methodologies, and help operational teams to use them
- You are proactive and autonomous
- You are at ease with working with multiple internal and external partners (able to understand other's perspectives) in a co-constructive approach
- Procurement, compliance, business, digital teams
- Consultants, suppliers
- You are at ease with working in a multicultural environment (internally and externally)
- MSc or equivalent at least, in engineering, business or relevant fields and 5+ years of professional experience the latest being as project manager or equivalent in supply chain management and/or on ESG-due diligence topics (eg as consultant)
