The Role:

The M&A Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, junior Consultant to join them!

The M&A team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large base of clients. Consultants in the M&A team work on a wide range of interesting projects including ESG management consultancy, advisory and due diligence covering decarbonisation.

To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail-oriented entry level ESG Consultant who will support with the delivery of ESG related services to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food etc.) and with a passion for sustainability.

Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Audits on environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues, to help companies and corporations identifying reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.

• ESG strategy for asset managers and funds also in relation to Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)

• ESG reporting for asset managers and corporate

• Supporting project managers in requested activities such as research for information, writing reports, proposal preparation, etc.

• Delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposals

About you:

• Experience across ESG and in consulting environment.

• A master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance or other relevant disciplines.

• A specialization in energy or civil engineering or experience in the sustainability/carbon sector would be considered a plus.

• Working knowledge of Italian and English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish).

• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
