CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION
Job Description:
Coordinates with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and Attorneys to obtain information necessary for preparing documents for signing at closing.
*This is an in-office position, only local candidates will be considered.
Knowledge/experience:
-
Knowledge of title commitments, policies and endorsements
-
Proficient with use of various programs and websites — i.e. Microsoft Word & Excel, title plant (TIMS), Assessor's website, MSD, etc.

Experience with RamQuest preferred
-
Must be licensed as a Title Producer with the Missouri Department of Insurance

Proficient in typing
-
Professionally handle phone calls
-
Knowledge of Title Insurance
-
Strong verbal and communication skills, including professionally written emails with understanding of legal terminology and real estate verbiage

Ability to multi-task; Will be managing multiple files at one time.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and be flexible with disruptions throughout the day.

Ability to keep confidences and work with confidential and sensitive information

Willingness to learn and work in all areas of the business

Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees and management throughout the Company, as well as customers

Enter orders in RamQuest and set up files

Deposit Checks
-
Issue EM Deposit Receipts

Process Files
-
MSD Website
-
Utilities
-
Specials with Municipalities
-
Real Estate Tax Websites
-
Clear Title Matters
-
Verify Wire Instructions
-
Review instruction letters from attorneys, lenders, etc.

Draft/prepare Closing Documents
-
Proofread closing documents prior to closing
-
Ability to review organizational docs and determine authority of parties
-
Organize and submit recordings
-
Assist with legalities and regulatory compliance in the purchase and sale of property

Schedule closings
-
Maintain and update files
-
Organize and scan files
