We are seeking an experienced, friendly and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our title company at Platinum Title Partners. The ideal candidate will manage builder-related residential closings from start to finish, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential builder escrow files from opening through closing.
- Review contracts, title commitments, lender documents, and closing instructions.
- Coordinate with builders, buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members.
- Prepare closing documents and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
- Communicate regularly with all parties to keep transactions moving forward.
- Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct loan signings for buyers, sellers, and borrowers, overseeing the signing process, verifying identities, explaining documents, and ensuring proper notarization.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain organized files and provide timely updates throughout the closing process.

Qualifications
- Prior escrow officer experience required, preferably in residential builder title operations.
- Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and closing procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
- Familiarity with title production software is a plus.

- Residential builder transactions.
- Residential resale and refinance transactions.
- New construction closings.
- Working with high-volume file pipelines.
- Knowledge of Texas title and closing practices.
