This position will be 100% in office Monday - Friday in Carmel, Indiana.
JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is to assist with tasks relating to the closing of a real estate transactions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between all parties to the transaction including homebuyer, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the Title & Settlement Process
- Perform customer service duties including answering phones and general email requests
- Maintain professional branch appearance including cleanliness of closing rooms and lobby
- Great arriving customers and assist with closing celebrations
- Contact customers and perform initial scheduling confirmation and obtain closing specific information
- Maintain reports and tracking of completed tasks as required
- Support the branch as directed in all aspects of the settlement transactions
- Follow Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines which includes but not limited to collection and disbursement of funds while complying States Good Funds Statutes.
- Ensure adherence to workflow processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
