ESaaS - SFDC - Platform Development/Tech Lead

• Provide technical leadership and engineering direction across the Commerce Cloud solution.
• Lead architecture and development using Salesforce PWA Kit and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Define and guide composable/headless commerce architecture.
• Provide technical direction for server-side rendering (SSR), hydration, and rendering strategies.
• Drive frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals (CWV) improvements.
• Design solutions supporting multi-brand and multi-region architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across teams and influence engineering decisions.
• Mentor engineers and support overall engineering enablement.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Communicate technical direction effectively and maintain alignment with key stakeholders.
• Lead technical delivery within an Agile delivery environment.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Make sound technical decisions in situations with ambiguity or incomplete information.
• Lead complex problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Support CI/CD and frontend platform delivery.
• Contribute to CMS and content-driven architecture, preferably involving Amplience.
• Support observability, monitoring, and production support practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
