- Manage and own all aspects of technical development and delivery
- Understand requirements and create Functional Specification documents
- Play a client-facing lead role as an individual contributor
- Possess SAP S/4 HANA Certification and relevant domain experience
- Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support
- Multitask and adapt to dynamic requirements
- Lead and mentor small-sized teams
- Interact with customers, understand their needs, and propose solutions
- Coordinate with the technical team on custom objects
- Contribute to competency building and knowledge sharing
- 12-15 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, support, and rollout projects
- Deep understanding of SAP MM and WM modules, including Shipping, Distribution, Batch Management, and Inventory Management
- Experience in SAP mobility solutions and working with SAP ECC 5.0 & 6.0 systems
- Knowledge of SAP P2P processes, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Documents
- Familiarity with SAP WM, MM, and P2P configurations and end-to-end processes
- Experience in working with inbound/outbound/Manufacturing staging and cross-functional applications
- Strong understanding of master data management for WM, suppliers, materials, and service masters
- Ability to work with various tools for issue recording, change request management, and testing
- Domain industry experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse management is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a highly motivated team player attitude
