Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within the assigned geographical area, establishing commercial relationships with key target companies.
- Execute commercial strategies to meet new client acquisition targets while ensuring retention and loyalty of existing clients.
- Manage the P&L of your region, driving efficiency and profitability goals.
- Ensure top-quality service for clients by effectively coordinating with the recruitment team.
- Monitor performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, improving processes to meet both client and company objectives.
- Prepare and present progress reports, addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
- Provide strong leadership for your direct team, serving as a role model for the entire branch.
- Ensure your team is trained and complies with internal control policies established by regional and company leadership.
You have
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel to define reports and understand key metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at different management levels, as well as with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with high motivation to go beyond assigned tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strategic thinking, balancing day-to-day operational analysis with a big-picture approach.
- Strong leadership capabilities to drive team success.
