The Care Management Support Assistant is responsible for providing service support for DME and recover equipment in a timely and professional manner in nursing homes and patient homes.

The Care Management Support Assistant will coordinate equipment pick up per contractual arrangements, policy and workflow. Completes appropriate documentation in designated system for all reviews and tasks associated with completing an order. Provides excellent customer service both to internal and external customers, while meeting daily goal requirements. Adheres to all company policies and procedures and has flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or Respiratory equipment
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • Knowledgeable with CPR+ software

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
