The Role
We’re looking for an ERP Solutions Engineer who can own problems end-to-end—from
understanding business needs to shipping working solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both coding and implementation.
What You’ll Do
• Build and customize ERP solutions (ERP Next/Frappe) from the ground up
• Turn messy business problems into clean, scalable systems
• Design workflows, modules, reports, and dashboards that actually get used
• Own implementations—requirements → development → deployment
• Integrate ERP with external systems via APIs
• Debug fast, ship faster, and continuously improve systems
• Work closely with founders, product, and clients
What We’re Looking For
• Strong in Python & JavaScript
• Experience with ERP systems
• Someone who can code + understand business workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Ownership mindset—no hand-holding needed
Bonus Points
• Experience with Frappe Framework
• Worked on live ERP implementations
• Exposure to cloud, Docker, or CI/CD
