Your impact:

We are looking for an ERP Technical Account Managerwho is eager to pursue a career in a multinational company.

In this role, you will work closely with our European clients, providing ongoing functional and technical support to help them effectively use Yardi’s ERP platform. You will guide clients on system configuration and best practices and assist in investigating data discrepancies or system-related issues that may impact data accuracy, including financial and accounting data.

    You will troubleshoot issues ranging from routine inquiries to more complex system challenges, acting as a trusted partner who bridges business needs with technical solutions. This may include performing basic SQL queries to validate or investigate data. When deeper technical investigation is required, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

    This role offers continuous learning and growth opportunities, from Associate Technical Account Manager to Senior Technical Account Manager, exposure to international clients, and collaboration with colleagues across Yardi offices worldwide.

    This hybrid role requires working from the office at least two days per week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

    What you'll bring along:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields is required
    • Solid understanding of core accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, VAT basics)
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Client management skills are a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple requests simultaneously
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage

    What you'll do:

    • Client account management
    • Supporting and troubleshooting ERP’s client instances
    • Installing and maintaining newly released builds, updates, and patches
    • Communicating with the client’s support team/end users
    • Running SQL queries in client’s database tables

    Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
    • Knowledge of general principles of accounting
    • Fluency in English
