About the team

Worldpay, LLC seeks ERP Systems Architect Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to define, implement, and support system architecture for selected enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and any ancillary tools and applications such as report distribution, process schedulers, databases and interfaced (Bolt-on) applications...  

What you will be doing

The ERP Systems Architect Specialist will analyze highly complex ERP project requirements to determine impact and/or change to ERP system architecture.  Additionally, the role will:

  • Evaluate need for architecture changes and conducts appropriate cost/benefit analyses.
  • Contribute to technical designs for ERP projects, as required.
  • Work with senior management to secure approval for ERP system architecture and/or related components that do not adhere to corporate technology standards.
  • Ensure successful implementation of ERP system architecture changes and monitors changes for increased system efficiency.
  • Work with ERP systems analysts to address application performance issues.
  • Act as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experience. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Applied Computer Science or related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation:

  • working with ERP system customization and utilizing of recognized best practices;
  • analyzing business process flows in an ERP system;
  • implementing full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment;
  • utilizing ERP system development tools and languages;
  • performing ERP system configuration and security; understanding and applying technical concepts;
  • solving problems using learned techniques and tools.  

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and six (6) years of experience in the above listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
