What You’ll Do
As a developing professional, the ERP Systems Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, supporting and contributing to the successful execution of ERP-related activities that enhance ERP Systems across one or more functional areas. The position collects and translates business needs, making recommendations for technical solutions that result in system improvements. This role receives general instructions for defined routine tasks within established procedures and detailed instructions for new complex assignments. 
  • Review, identify, and execute system enhancements within scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical procedures.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them based on established SOPs.
  • Analyze and review collected business requirements to provide input into roadmap design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across functional areas (e.g., manufacturing, sales reporting, payroll, supply chain, CRM) to support the evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems.
  • Participate in the assessment of potential electronic data processing applications and contribute to the design of proposals that reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future corporate needs.
  • With guidance, document, test, and analyze system performance plans and protocols, and provide input for improvements.
  • Assist in defining system specifications, using analysis and diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes; recommend changes based on established standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to provide support as a liaison in technology decisions; coordinate and perform assigned tasks related to system upgrades.
  • Support end-user training efforts by assisting in the development and delivery of training during system conversion and implementation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, and a minimum of 1 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g. QAD, SAP, Netsuite); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of integrating systems with 3rd party web-based applications (e.g. Procure to Pay, Customer Relationship Management, Product Lifecycle Management) in partnership with internal business groups. 
  • Experience supporting one or more of the following groups: Customer Service, Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory & Sales Operations, preferred.
  • Developing knowledge of relational databases desired; some knowledge of Linux preferred
  • Certifications like CPIM, PMP, or similar are preferred
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and quality guidelines (GxP)
  • Ability to exhibit passion, self-motivation, and successful interaction/communication with a diverse population of end-users and vendors.
  • Ability to effectively and thoroughly troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends to provide support as needed.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills with active listening skills.
  • Creative, goal-oriented problem-solver; self-motivated, proactive and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and independently; strong ability to prioritize, adapt, and work under pressure.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively in remote environments.

Salary Range: $105,000 – 121,000/annually

Imperative Care considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer. 
The posted salary range reflects compensation for employees based in the local Bay Area market. For candidates hired outside of this geographic area, compensation may vary and be adjusted based on location, local market conditions, and other factors
