Are you an experienced ERP professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or D365? Do you enjoy solving complex business challenges and working in a truly global environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for an ERP Systems Administrator to join our Global IT team and play a key role in supporting and transforming our ERP landscape as we migrate from Microsoft NAV to Microsoft Business Central SaaS with the Evision construction solution.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting and enhancing our global Microsoft ERP platforms across Europe and the Americas
  • Collaborating with business, IT, and project teams to deliver system improvements and best-practice solutions
  • Participating in ERP upgrades, testing, deployments, and change management activities
  • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring a reliable, high-quality service for users worldwide
  • Contributing to our ongoing ERP transformation journey and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  •  Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV, Business Central, or D365
  •  Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and business-critical applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Excellent communication skills and fluent business English
  •  Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
  •  Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Commercial Operations

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in Construction or Manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports, APIs, and integrations
  • Additional languages such as Polish, German, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • ITIL Foundation certification
