Prepare technical and commercial proposals, drive sales and market share for DYWIDAG products, build customer relationships, provide technical support, review engineering/tender documents, collaborate with internal teams, and offer on-site project assistance as needed.

Administer and support global Microsoft ERP platforms (NAV/Business Central/D365), troubleshoot production issues, collaborate on upgrades, testing, deployments and change management, and contribute to ERP transformation and continuous improvement across international teams.

Provide global ERP support for Microsoft Navision/Business Central, support transition to Business Central SaaS with Evision, analyse requirements, design and test solutions, manage deployments, drive standardisation and continuous improvement, and maintain compliance, documentation, SLAs and stakeholder relationships across Americas and Europe.

Manage accounting for import/export transactions, ensuring correct VAT treatment and customs compliance. Record sales in Navision, prepare Intrastat, perform VAT calculations and support VAT returns, monthly reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Administration.

Support Sales and Project teams by administering contracts in ERP/CRM, processing bids, bonds, billings, change orders, insurance certificates, and project documentation while assisting cost tracking and close-out activities.

Perform daily accounting transactions, AP/expense review, journal entries, month-end close support, reconciliations, cash/treasury management, Taiwan tax compliance and filings, assist audits, improve data quality and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead regional quality strategy and continuous improvement across operations. Maintain and harmonize QMS, ensure ISO 9001 certification, conduct audits and training, resolve customer and supplier quality issues, and drive supplier and product quality improvements.
