Sentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care. The goal is to support enduring change in clinical practice that reduces challenges of respiratory patients, improves healthcare outcomes, and alleviates cost.

Sentec applies latest scientific results and engineering technologies across the three core platforms transcutaneous monitoring, intrapulmonary percussive ventilation and electrical impedance tomography. The company researches, develops and manufactures all products exclusively in-house.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards.
  • Support ERP roll-out projects in our subsidiaries.
  • Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy.
  • Manage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers.
  • Optimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance.
  • Serve as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus),
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environments.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage

Skills Required
