As a Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP transformation projects for clients across multiple industries. Working within interdisciplinary project teams, you will support the successful implementation of scalable and efficient ERP solutions, with a strong focus on logistics processes.

You will combine functional expertise, technical understanding, and consulting skills to design, optimise, and implement integrated business processes. Your work ensures transparency, structure, and alignment across all project phases, enabling clients to achieve sustainable operational improvements.

ERP Implementation & Process Consulting
  • Lead and support the design and implementation of integrated ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Advise clients on end-to-end logistics processes within ERP transformation programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal workstreams to gather requirements and develop functional and technical solution concepts.
  • Translate business requirements into structured ERP process designs and system configurations.
  • Ensure alignment between logistics processes, financial flows, and system architecture.
Project Delivery & Support
  • Support project managers in planning, coordination, and delivery control activities.
  • Contribute to project reporting, progress tracking, and governance documentation.
  • Provide support in client service activities and pre-sales engagements where required.
  • Participate in workshops, solution presentations, and requirement gathering sessions.
Testing, Training & Quality Assurance
  • Plan, organise, and deliver user training sessions to support process adoption.
  • Support the definition and execution of test strategies, including functional and integration testing.
  • Ensure solution quality through structured validation and issue resolution processes.
  • Contribute to documentation of processes, test cases, and training materials.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical experts, and project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM capabilities and industry trends.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and internal capability development.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and ERP value flows, including integrations and system interfaces.
  • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
  • Deep process knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
  • Understanding of ERP system integrations and data/value flows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
