Introduction

ERP Lead Admin is responsible for Cloud system management with SAP, MS Dynamics and Siemens TC platforms for transformation program Phoenix.

Your Job:

• Execute and Lead SAP RISE SAP Basis environment ranging from SAP R/3 ECC to SAP S/4 HANA systems.
• Work with SAP to understand latest technical solutions and deploy fit for purpose solutions that ensure business needs.
• Define and deliver ERP technical requirements and ensure these are scoped appropriately within projects.
• Ability to work and lead under own initiative, critical timelines - planning, prioritizing, and controlling own workload. Self-managed.
• Good understanding of RISE and HEC models.
• AWS And Azure / Google Cloud certification is a plus or relevant working experience on any two of the three.
• Have proven hands on track record and 15 years of experience of delivering in a complex ERP environment Working with SAP to build and provision SAP solutions.
• Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Datacenter / Cloud Migrations (GCP/Azure/AWS) of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversions, BW4 implementation, and Unicode Conversion etc. 
• SAP Landscape Management (on public & private clouds), Transport Management, Patching, Upgrades, Refresh, Securing the environment from Cyber-attacks, Capacity Management, Single Sign-on Solutions, 3rd party applications.
• Hands-on experience in SAP supported Databases like SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Oracle, IBM DB2 LUW/DB6, and MS SQL Server.
• Hands on experience in utilizing Solution manger 7.2 functionalities to automate and provide solution for operational issue / project deliveries within SAP landscape.
• Closely collaborate with stake holder and 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems connecting to SAP
• Understanding about SoX and Audit Procedures. Ability to execute IT Controls, handle Internal and external Audit from SAP Basis perspective.
• Experience in SAP ILM, SAP BTP Administration, and Integration configuration with SaaS Solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in consulting firms is preferred.
• Proactive, Problem solving, Analytical reasoning approach.
• Ability to drive results.
• Collaborative skills for working in cross functional matrix environment.
• Should be able to lead teams independently and drive KPI outputs.
• Expert on MS-Excel, Power point, MS projects and MS Word.
• Experience in Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in high tech or manufacturing industry.
