Role Description:
- Support delivery against the CASG ERP Implementation Roadmap
- Provide updates to Executive Officer on ERP transition.
- Maintain and update the ERP Communication Plan
- Ensure the Learner Journeys distributed to Individuals accurately reflect their assigned roles and manage any amendments during Role Mapping Cycles.
- Coordinate Transition Action Plan Returns.
- Represent the Project Office at CASG ERP functional meetings and provide feedback to Executive Officer.
- Coordinate returns to CASG ERP Requests for Information or transition and training issues.
- Support staff through ERP training and mentoring in preparation for implementation of each tranche.
- Provide reports on individual Project Office staff preparedness.
- Proactively prepare the organisation for the next phase of ERP roll-out.
- Coordinate the inclusion and role mapping of BDA Embedded Services Personnel into ERP.
- Ensure established relationships with Defence ERP, CASG Implementation team and other ERP stakeholders are supported.

Previous experience in Project Management.
