Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into ERP configurations.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants and developers.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
- Ensure ERP solutions support business objectives and drive process improvements.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor).
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and/or manufacturing.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
