LingaTech is actively building a pipeline of skilled ERP professionals with experience in SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle Cloud. This requisition is not associated with a current opening. We are proactively identifying ERP talent for future contract and contract‐to‐hire opportunities expected to open with our Commonwealth and commercial clients.

- SAP Functional Consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, Basis, etc.)
- Workday Consultants (Financials, HCM, Integrations)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants (Finance, Supply Chain, CE/CRM, HR, Commerce)
- Oracle Cloud ERP Consultants (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, EPM)
- ERP Business Analyst
- ERP Project Managers / Lead
- Integration Specialists
Responsibilities vary by technology and role but may include:
Supporting or leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
Configuring modules in SAP, Dynamics 365, or Oracle Cloud
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Managing cross-functional workflows and stakeholder communications
Building reports, dashboards, and integrations
Troubleshooting system issues and providing end-user support
Coordinating with vendors, developers, and technical teams
Ensuring ERP solutions align with business needs and industry best practices
Hands-on experience with SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle Cloud
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and/or technical solutions
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in client-facing or consulting environments

ERP certifications (SAP, Workday, D365, Oracle Cloud)
Experience in public sector environments
Knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies
Experience with integrations, data migration, or process mapping
Prior consulting or enterprise experience
Early consideration for upcoming ERP roles across multiple clients
Visibility for a variety of functional, technical, and leadership opportunities
Engagement with a relationship-driven team focused on the Central PA market
