Optimiza is looking for a talented and driven ERP Presales Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with 3–4 years of experience in presales, solution consulting or business analysis for ERP or enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver tailored ERP product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with high-quality technical and functional input.
- Stay updated on ERP systems, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in presales, consulting, or implementation of ERP or enterprise software solutions (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Odoo, or similar).
- Solid understanding of core ERP areas such as Finance, Procurement, SCM, HR, or Manufacturing.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. ERP-related certifications are a plus.
