ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the technical management, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, EPM, etc.) for Feeser’s. This role is responsible for the architecture, configuration, and support of all Oracle cloud modules, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions. Acts as the technical owner for PAAS/SAAS, integrations, cloud environments, and network connectivity, while partnering with business process owners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, EPM, etc.) and related PAAS/SAAS solutions.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems (EDI, 3PL, payroll, CRM, etc.), using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Oversee cloud environments, user provisioning, security roles, SSO, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot performance, latency, and access issues.
- Lead quarterly Oracle updates, regression/UAT testing, and production cutovers. Manage environments, sandbox refreshes, and technical documentation.
- Ensure data integrity, master data management, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Serve as the escalation point for Oracle SRs, technical incidents, and integration failures. Liaise with Oracle supports managed services partners.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical training and documentation for end users and super users.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud administration (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, etc.).
- Strong experience with cloud architecture, network protocols, SSO, and security best practices.
- Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for cloud, integration, and network issues.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow configuration.
- Ability to document technical processes and train users.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Networking, or related field.
- Relevant Oracle certification preferred.
- 5+ years in technical administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven experience managing PAAS/SAAS solutions, integrations, and cloud/network environments.
- Experience managing Oracle fusion cloud licensing.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Moving about accomplishing tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust.
