  • ERP Data Analytics
Lead enterprise-wide ERP analytics strategy. Define KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams. Drive adoption of BI tools and ERP-native analytics.

  • Data Quality & Controls
Define KPIs for master data and integration quality. Implement monitoring, error handling, and remediation workflows. Partner with SOX/Internal Audit for governance and compliance controls.
  • Technology Enablement
Evaluate, implement, and manage MDM, Integration, and Analytics platforms (Oracle EDMCS, SAP MDG, Informatica, MuleSoft, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Azure Data Factory,).
  • Innovation
Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to accelerate data creation, enrichment, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and integration monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of IT/ERP experience with deep exposure to master data, integrations, and analytics.
  • 10+ years of hands-on ERP experience managing Product, Customer, and Financial data domains in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP.
