What we are looking for:
An ERP Manager to manage business applications related to finance, HR, operations, and customer success, working closely with stakeholders and end-users to manage and improve business processes as they relate to all ERP applications. Relevant working experience with ORACLE EBS with a Focus on Finance is a big advantage for this role.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the ERP team, including implementers, developers, and consultants
- Map strategy to provide proactive solutions
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations that meet business requirements
- Support in Oracle financial global processes, logistics and HR
- Manage, design, and implement Oracle projects & developments in various fields such as closing the books, warehouse management, head count master and integrations
- Develop and support HR cloud (HCM) systems, travel system, shipment, recruitment, and additional apps within portfolio
- Manage cross organizational projects, application updates, prioritize features, defining requests to developers
- Support existing interfaces between the ERP and other systems
- Cooperate with IT team on implementation including planning, milestones, communication to users, post live support
- SOX and Audit
Requirements
What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementation on a global scale
- Specific knowledge of EBS Oracle - MUST
- Knowledge of HCM is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines
- Relevant B.Sc. – industrial engineering, information systems or equivalent
- M.Sc. or MBA degree is an advantage
- Self-motivated and self-directed
