Summary Generated by Built In

Do you have experience in Supply Chain and ERP and want to take on a global role? Join a global organisation where ERP plays a key role in connecting operations, processes and people across more than 50 countries. We are looking for an ERP Global Lead within Supply Chain to join Nederman’s continued rollout of IFS Cloud, working closely with the business and colleagues around the world.

YOU WILL

Nederman is continuing the rollout of its global ERP program, Nexus, bringing IFS Cloud and common processes to companies across the organisation. The program is well established and is now scaling up, with further implementations ahead and continued development of the global solution.

As ERP Global Lead within Supply Chain, you will be an important part of this work. With a solid foundation already in place, there is still plenty of room to contribute to how Supply Chain processes are developed and supported through ERP across Nederman globally.

The role sits at the intersection of business and IT, turning Supply Chain needs into ERP solutions in close collaboration with global and local teams. The work covers the full implementation process, from early analysis and workshops to configuration, go-live and hypercare. You will be part of an established Nexus team and work with a global network of Super Users across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive global ERP rollouts within Supply Chain, from analysis and preparation through implementation, go-live and hypercare.

  • Turn business needs into ERP solutions, working with requirements, configuration and processes within areas such as Sales, Shipping, Quality and Purchase.

  • Lead and coordinate the ERP work within Supply Chain, including backlog priorities, workshops and close collaboration with Business Leads, Super Users and local teams.

  • Develop common ways of working, including documentation, training and the continued standardisation of Supply Chain processes across Nederman.

The role is based onsite at Nederman’s headquarters in Helsingborg and includes international travel as part of the global ERP rollouts.

YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who combines a good understanding of Supply Chain with experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects. Your background may be within procurement, planning, manufacturing or logistics, and you are comfortable working between business and IT. You can understand business needs, structure the work and turn requirements into practical ERP solutions.

IFS experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with M3, Dynamics 365 F&O, AX, Jeeves or another ERP platform within Supply Chain can be just as relevant. What matters is your understanding of the processes behind the system and how they connect to the ERP solution.

Experience with global implementations, change management, process standardisation or manufacturing is also valuable.

As a person, you are collaborative and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy working with people, processes and systems, facilitating workshops and moving work forward when several activities are running in parallel. You are structured in your way of working and enjoy being part of a team where people share knowledge and work together across functions and countries.

Strong communication skills in English are required, while Swedish is highly desirable.
