Do you have experience in Finance and ERP and want to take on a global role? Join a global organisation where ERP plays a key role in connecting operations, processes and people across more than 50 countries. We are looking for an ERP Global Lead within Finance to join Nederman’s continued rollout of IFS Cloud, working closely with the business and colleagues around the world.

YOU WILL

Nederman is continuing the rollout of its global ERP program, Nexus, bringing IFS Cloud and common processes to companies across the organisation. The program is well established and is now scaling up, with further implementations ahead and continued development of the global solution.

As ERP Global Lead within Finance, you will be an important part of this work. With a solid foundation already in place, there is still plenty of room to contribute to how Finance processes are developed and supported through ERP across Nederman globally.

The role sits at the intersection of business and IT, turning Finance needs into ERP solutions in close collaboration with global and local teams. The work covers the full implementation process, from early analysis and workshops to solution design, configuration, go-live and hypercare. You will be part of an established Nexus team and work with Business Leads and a global network of Super Users across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive global ERP rollouts within Finance, from analysis and preparation through implementation, go-live and hypercare.

  • Design and configure ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements within Finance.

  • Lead and coordinate the ERP work within Finance, including owning and prioritising the module backlog together with Business Leads.

  • Facilitate workshops and plan activities in a structured way, working closely with Business Leads, Super Users and local teams.

  • Ensure solution quality, performance and readiness throughout the implementation process.

  • Develop common ways of working through documentation, training and continued enablement of the global Super User organisation.

  • Act as a change leader and support the continued standardisation and adoption of global Finance processes across Nederman.

The role is based on site at Nederman’s headquarters in Helsingborg and includes international travel as part of the global ERP rollouts.

YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who combines a good understanding of Finance with experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects. Your background may be within controlling, accounting or a similar Finance area, and you are comfortable working between business and IT. You can understand business and technical requirements, structure the work and turn them into practical ERP solutions.

IFS experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with another ERP platform within Finance can be just as relevant. What matters is your understanding of the processes behind the system and how they connect to the ERP solution.

Experience from global implementations, change management or process standardisation is also valuable.

As a person, you are collaborative and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy working with people, processes and systems, facilitating workshops and moving work forward when several activities are running in parallel. You are structured in your way of working and enjoy being part of a team where people share knowledge and work together across functions and countries.

Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish are required.
