Job Title: ERP Developer 4 - D365 Lead (Hybrid)
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
The client is seeking a lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering D365 application solutions. In this role, the primary responsibility will be the development of advanced IT solutions, spanning the entire spectrum from design and integration to implementation and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. The candidate should have an extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and be well-versed in Agile practices. The candidate will have an expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Architecture, configuration, workflows, administration, role, and security functionalities; Proven experience architecting, developing, implementing and delivering business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated application; Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365; Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Train end-users and technical staff on D365 functionality and custom developments.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage Required 6 Years Experience in architecting and developing business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform Required 6 Years Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps Required 6 Years Create Custom Workflow, Custom Actions, Business process flow, and Custom Forms with CRM. Participate in the DevOps, Agile-Scrum process by assisting Required 6 Years Experience in creating model-driven apps using Dataverse Required 5 Years Create Custom Entities, Custom attributes for individual business units, in MS Dynamics according to their business process. Required 5 Years Experience with Azure Monitoring, Application Inisghts Required 5 Years Experience with configuration management and automation technologies such as Azure Devops, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, and ARM Templates Required 5 Years Analyze and document business requirements, and conduct fit gap analysis studies Required 6 Years Hands-on experience developing applications using both on-prem and cloud Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/2016/D365 platforms Required 6 Years Strong experience developing customized solutions on Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience in SQL Server, SSIS. Required 6 Years Strong Experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations in D365 Required 6 Years Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications Desired 5 Years
