The Role

Job Title : Salesforce

Job Location: Chennai/Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce
  • Hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Marketing and Experience) will be an added advantage.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs
  • Good knowledge of handling & simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Should possess Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage.

Job Title: SAP

Job Location: Chennai/Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Deploy and customize SAP solutions based on client requirements.
  • Configuration: Configure various SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM,SAP Integration).
  • Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to develop effective SAP strategies.
  • Support: Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct testing and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance.

Requirement:

  • Familiarity with SAP applications and modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
