Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified ERP Consultant to provide advisory and technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of its ERP modernization initiative. This role focuses on assessing current and future business states, developing procurement documentation, and supporting implementation oversight—including robust organizational change management strategies.

Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified ERP Consultant to provide advisory and technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of its ERP modernization initiative. This role focuses on assessing current and future business states, developing procurement documentation, and supporting implementation oversight—including robust organizational change management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current systems and business processes.
- Develop a roadmap aligning current and future states with ERP capabilities.
- Draft and refine ERP procurement documentation in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Assist in evaluating ERP vendor proposals.
- Provide implementation oversight, including change management planning and execution.
- Conduct training and user adoption strategies.
- Maintain and execute communication planning and stakeholder engagement strategy meetings.
- 5+ years of public sector consulting experience.
- Proven success in ERP solution development and implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale ERP transitions.
- Strong knowledge of ERP market trends and best practices.
- Experience working with public transit agencies.
- Familiarity with systems currently being used, including Oracle EBS, UKG Dimensions, HASTUS, Ultramain, and Microsoft 365.
