Job DescriptionSupport and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business applications, ensuring application stability, service continuity, and effective resolution of incidents. Following training and knowledge transfer, contribute to the support and administration of the Triskell platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve application incidents.
- Perform functional and technical analysis of issues.
- Escalate incidents to vendors or partners when appropriate.
- Maintain application configurations and support system updates.
- Contribute to patch management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve documentation and operational procedures.
- Support business process optimization.
- Following training, provide support and basic administration for Triskell.
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications.
- Experience providing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 application support.
- Experience with API/interface implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of business processes and application support.
- Operational rigor, autonomy and accountability.
- Effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- French considered an advantage.

- Exposure to Triskell or similar business applications.
