Experience
- 2 years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certification as applicable to position
- 2-4 years implementing Workday with deep product expertise and hands-on configuration skills
- 2-4 years leading large digital solution projects including project management, vendor management, and solution delivery skills
- Strong understanding of organizational change management and user adoption methodologies
- Consulting experience
Education
- College degree in operationally related area or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities
- Owns select Workday business processes and reports within respective Domain.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of system capabilities, applications, and processes to function effectively as an educator and expert for system users.
- Understands Children’s long- and short-term business strategy and challenges related to a domain and assigned functional area(s).
- Functions as business partner to operational owners, leaders, and staff.
- Provides data to business owners using existing or new Workday custom reports.
- QA, troubleshoot and load EIB data for mass data management.
- Conducts review sessions with operational owners and end users.
- Understands key business processes from end user perspectives and recommends solutions that optimize Workday and eliminates manual processes.
- Evaluates relevant Workday issues and enhancement requests to determine prioritization, level of effort, and timing of delivery.
- Creates or revises functional requirements for business process and report changes.
- Collaborates with work group to develop and coordinate test scenarios, document results, and resolve issues that arise out of testing.
- Works closely with the project team to track issues through resolution.
- Communicates risks and propose effective solutions.
- Partners with Workday configuration team to ensure functional requirements are successfully translated into technical solution.
- Utilizes strong product knowledge and prior experiences to expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues.
- Collaborates with peers and third-party vendors to resolve customer issues, maintaining complete ownership of issues from beginning to resolution.
- Partners with communications and training teams to develop content and delivery to promote user adoption.
