About the role:
Are you passionate about ERP systems and optimizing business processes? As an ERP AX/D365 Functional Consultant SCM (m/f/d), you'll play a key role in shaping and improving our product data, purchasing, and SCM processes. You’ll be working with a dynamic ERP team, consisting of developers, project managers, consultants, support, and quality assurance professionals. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects and sub-projects, align stakeholders, and make a real impact in one of the core IT areas at Redcare Pharmacy.
Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
- Optimize and enhance business processes within product data, purchasing, and SCM in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
- Lead projects and sub-projects, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and quality assurance teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Support and train end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of system improvements.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
- Strong expertise in product data, purchasing, and SCM modules (not finance).
- Experience in project management, stakeholder alignment, and leading sub-projects.
- Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- You enjoy solving complex business challenges and working collaboratively with different teams.
